Install PythAL on Your Phone

PythAL can live on your phone's home screen — just like a regular app. No app store, no downloads, no sign-ups.

What kind of app is this?

It's called a Progressive Web App (PWA) — a website that behaves like an app. Once added to your home screen, it opens in its own window, works faster, and can even be read offline after your first visit.

No Play Store. No App Store. No installation files. Just a small icon on your home screen.

🤖 For Android

  1. 1.Tap the three-dot menu — the small ⋮ icon at the top-right corner of your Chrome browser, just beside the address bar where the Pythal URL appears.
  2. 2.In the menu that opens, tap "Install app", "Add to Home screen", or "Install and create shortcut" — the exact wording depends on your Chrome version. Any of these works.
  3. 3.Give it a name (or keep the default) and tap Add or Install.

The PythAL icon will now appear on your home screen.

🍎 For iPhone

  1. 1.Make sure you're using Safari — the default iPhone browser. This doesn't work in Chrome on iPhone.
  2. 2.Tap the Share button — the square with an arrow pointing up, located at the bottom of the screen (or top-right on newer iPhones).
  3. 3.Scroll down in the menu and tap "Add to Home Screen".
  4. 4.Tap Add in the top-right corner.

The PythAL icon will appear alongside your other apps.
